You agree to this when booking with Beauty Avenue Canberra

To ensure all appointments run efficiently, the following policies are strictly enforced:

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Early or late arrivals may not be accommodated.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and will be charged the full remaining balance.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable, even if you cancel out of the 48 timeframe.

Failure to attend your appointment will result in the full appointment fee being charged.

Appointments may only be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Changes made within 48 hours will incur 100% of the appointment fee.

Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes or brows, free of makeup, oils and residue. Failure to do so may affect the final result.

Results may vary depending on individual lash and brow condition.

Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining results. We are not responsible for retention issues due to lack of aftercare.

We operate under a strict no refund policy. All services provided at Beauty Avenue Canberra are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
